I stare at the crowd
What do they want?
I speak to the whole like they're one person
Curiousity and anticipation builds for both of us
They wonder what I'll say
I wonder what they'll do
How will they receive it?
Am I serving my purpose?
I'm not here to waste no one's time
But still I wonder
Why am I up here?
